The Scientific Committee is responsible for the scientific architecture of the conference. Members moderate the implementation pitching sessions, guide structured reflection, and synthesise insights across cases using a shared analytical framework.

 The Scientific Advisory Board provides strategic guidance for the development of the Circular Water Economy 2026 White Paper. Members advise on framing, relevance, and policy implications, and contribute high‑level insight to ensure the broader societal and economic relevance of the White Paper.
